Job Description
We are seeking a Full Time SAP S/4HANA DBA with strong SAP HANA database administration experience. The ideal candidate will manage database operations, performance, backup and recovery while supporting SAP S/4HANA environments and ensuring reliable production operations
Key Responsibilities
- Manage SAP HANA database operations including backup, recovery, monitoring, and performance optimization
- Provide end-to-end delivery based on project and production support requirements
- Handle incidents, service requests, changes, and database build activities
- Monitor database health, performance, availability, and capacity
- Troubleshoot SAP HANA database issues and performance bottlenecks
- Support SAP S/4HANA environments and database activities
- Coordinate with business, functional, and technical stakeholders
- Support testing, deployments, and production stabilization
- Ensure SLA adherence, documentation, and audit compliance
- Follow ITIL and Agile processes for service and delivery management
Required Skills
- Strong SAP HANA database administration experience
- SAP S/4HANA exposure and experience
- Strong SAP module knowledge
- Experience with database backup, recovery, monitoring, and performance tuning
- Strong incident, change, and production support experience
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with ITIL and Agile methodologies
- Strong documentation and problem-solving skills
