Job Description

We are seeking a strong Automation QA Engineer with solid experience in the Insurance domain, specifically in policy administration systems and data mapping initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent automation engineering skills and hands-on experience with insurance platforms and data integration processes.

This role requires an individual who can design, develop, and execute robust automation frameworks while ensuring high-quality delivery across complex insurance applications. Prior experience with FAST or Hexure platforms and expertise in ETL/data mapping technologies are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts
• Validate insurance administration system functionality and data mappings
• Perform ETL and data integration testing using Informatica or Azure Databricks
• Collaborate with business, development, and data teams to ensure quality delivery
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and support resolution activities
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in Automation Testing and QA engineering
• Hands-on experience in the Insurance domain, especially policy administration systems
• Experience with FAST or Hexure platforms
• Knowledge of ETL testing and data mapping concepts
• Experience with Informatica or Azure Databricks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
