Job Description

We are seeking a Full Time SAP IBP Lead with extensive hands-on experience in SAP IBP configuration, implementation, supply chain planning, and client-facing delivery. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end SAP IBP implementations and provide functional and technical leadership across Demand, Supply, Inventory, and S&OP planning

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP IBP implementations including requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Work with business teams to understand Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP, and Response Supply processes
• Configure SAP IBP for Demand, Supply Response, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP
• Design planning areas, master data, key figures, attributes, and planning operators
• Develop planning views, dashboards, and Excel add-ins
• Integrate SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA and other source systems using CI-DS, CPI-DS, and RTI
• Support data modeling, data flows, and performance optimization
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support
• Provide production support and troubleshoot planning and data issues
• Prepare functional and technical documentation
• Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Provide technical leadership and manage client relationships

Required Skills

• 10+ years of SAP Supply Chain Planning experience
• 10+ years of SAP IBP experience preferred
• Strong hands-on SAP IBP configuration and implementation experience
• Expertise in one or more modules: Demand, Supply, Inventory, and S&OP
• Strong supply chain planning process knowledge
• Strong CI-DS, CPI-DS, and RTI integration experience
• Knowledge of planning areas, key figures, operators, attributes, and master data
• SAP S/4HANA integration experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Excellent customer handling and stakeholder management skills
• Team leadership and mentoring experience
