Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Reconciliation Support Analyst with strong application support, Capital Markets operations, reconciliation, and incident management expertise. The role will provide Level-3 application support, drive issue resolution and root cause analysis, support automation initiatives, and collaborate with Operations, Finance, Technology, and Business teams.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Level-3 production support for IntelliMatch and Xceptor applications
Monitor reconciliation processes and critical business workflows
Analyze reconciliation exceptions and breaks with business users
Lead discussions during major incidents and production outages
Manage priority incidents, production issues, and reconciliation breaks
Perform root cause analysis and drive permanent issue resolution
Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Support incident, problem, and change management processes
Coordinate recovery efforts and communicate status updates to stakeholders
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
Collaborate with Trade Support, Middle Office, Operations, Finance, Technology, and Business teams
Act as a senior technical escalation point for application and reconciliation issues

Required Qualifications

Strong application production support experience
Experience with Capital Markets operations and reconciliation processes
Hands-on experience with IntelliMatch and Xceptor
Strong incident, problem, and change management experience
Experience providing Level-3 application support
Strong root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills
Experience managing production outages and priority incidents
Strong stakeholder and client-facing communication skills
Ability to work effectively across Operations, Finance, Technology, and Business teams
