Job Description

We are seeking a Full Time Project Lead – Wealth Management with strong project delivery and stakeholder management experience. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage project planning and execution, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within quality expectations

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, planning, tracking, and execution
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Manage project risks, dependencies, budgets, and milestones
• Prepare and maintain project status reports and governance updates
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders
• Identify and resolve project issues and delivery challenges
• Ensure alignment across project teams and stakeholders
• Drive project outcomes and maintain delivery standards

Required Skills

• Strong project management and delivery experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience managing risks, dependencies, budgets, and reporting
• Strong cross-functional team coordination experience
• Mandatory Wealth Management domain experience
• Experience working in financial services is preferred
