Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Functional / Enterprise Architect to provide end-to-end architecture leadership for legal entity onboarding and restructuring initiatives across Finance and Risk technology landscapes. The role requires strong expertise in impact assessment, integration architecture, dependency management, architecture governance, and regulatory reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture for new legal entity onboarding and restructuring initiatives across Finance and Risk
• Assess impacts across Finance and Risk applications, data flows, integrations, reporting, and control frameworks
• Identify impacted applications and technology capabilities required to support new legal entities
• Define current-state, transition-state, and target-state architecture
• Coordinate across Finance, Risk, Lines of Business, and enterprise technology teams
• Identify cross-application dependencies, architecture gaps, and implementation risks
• Ensure legal entities are properly represented across financial and regulatory reporting processes
• Define integration and data-flow requirements across impacted applications
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, data, security, and production readiness standards
• Support architecture governance and resolve cross-domain architecture decisions
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the onboarding lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in Functional, Solution, or Enterprise Architecture
• Experience with Finance and Risk technology landscapes
• Strong understanding of legal entity onboarding and restructuring
• Experience with application impact assessments, integrations, and data flows
• Proven experience defining current-state, transition-state, and target-state architectures
• Strong experience with dependency management and architecture governance
• Understanding of financial and regulatory reporting requirements
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
