We are seeking an experienced Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM) Consultant with 10+ years of overall IT experience and strong hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM). The ideal candidate will have expertise in business requirements analysis, WMS configuration, functional and technical design, testing, production support, integrations, and migration from legacy WMS environments to Manhattan Active WMS.
Analyze business requirements related to Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM) and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
Configure and support Manhattan Active WMS based on business and operational requirements.
Document business and system requirements, URS, SOPs, functional specifications, process flows, and technical designs.
Develop and execute test cases and testing scenarios independently.
Perform system configuration, troubleshooting, validation, and production support.
Support changes, enhancements, and issue resolution within the MAWM application.
Support migration of legacy WMS distribution center (DC) sites to Manhattan Active WMS.
Work with external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues involving TMS, packing, conveyor, and other warehouse systems.
Coordinate with technical and functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Develop and maintain documentation for application configuration, integrations, test scenarios, and support procedures.
Understand and support technical integrations between MAWM and external applications.
Work with cloud-based services and understand cloud integration concepts.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and other project teams throughout implementation and support activities.
10+ years of overall IT experience
Strong hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM)
Experience in WMS implementation, configuration, enhancement, and production support
Strong understanding of Warehouse Management / Supply Chain Management
Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements
Functional and technical design experience
Experience creating URS, SOPs, functional specifications, process flows, and technical documentation
Strong experience with test case development and execution
Experience with WMS migration projects, preferably legacy WMS to MAWM
Knowledge of system integrations and external interfaces
Experience working with TMS, packing, conveyor, and warehouse automation systems
Understanding of cloud-based services
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
