Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Technical Architect to lead technical solutions, validate designs, and drive innovative technology adoption for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Oracle EBS R12 (Discrete Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance), robust SQL/PLSQL skills, and hands-on experience with modern integration tools such as REST APIs and Oracle APEX.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
* Solutioning & Innovation: Conduct Proofs of Concept (PoCs) for new ideas, solution architectures, and emerging technologies to drive business growth and modernization.
* Technical Governance: Review and validate technical design documents produced by the development team to ensure compliance with architectural standards and best practices.
* Major Incident Leadership: Act as the technical lead during critical disruptions, driving immediate fixes to ensure business continuity.
* Problem Management: Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) initiatives and architect long-term, permanent solutions for repetitive technical issues.
Qualifications & Technical Skills
Must-Have Technical & Functional Skills:
* Oracle EBS Knowledge: Strong functional and technical understanding of Oracle EBS R12, specifically across Discrete Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Finance modules.
* Core Technical Stack: Advanced hands-on experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and BI Publisher.
* Integrations & Modern Tech: Demonstrated experience working with REST APIs.
* Problem-Solving: Superior analytical abilities with a track record of resolving complex enterprise integration and performance issues.
Preferred / Plus Skills:
* Hands-on development or architectural experience with Oracle APEX.
* Domain expertise in Reverse Logistics, Forward Logistics, or Device Repair processes.
