Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to US healthcare staffing regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and process credentials, licenses, and certifications for healthcare professionals in accordance with client and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and update credentialing records in the database accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate with healthcare professionals to collect required documentation and provide updates on credentialing status.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and healthcare-specific regulations (e.g., JCAHO, OSHA, HIPAA).
- Assist with tracking license expirations, renewals, and other mandatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure candidates are compliant and ready for deployment.
- Stay updated on industry-specific requirements and changes in credentialing processes.
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Skills (not mandatory):
- Knowledge of US healthcare compliance and credentialing processes.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or credentialing software.
