Job Description
The resources can work
remotely and must be fully accessible via video conferencing for all meetings
and scrums. On-site meetings may be required from time to time.
Experience:
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience in service design, user research, or UX, ideally within large-scale digital projects.
- Prior experience in public sector projects is highly preferred.
Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in conducting qualitative and quantitative research using methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Expertise in UX and research tools like Figma, Adobe XD, UserTesting, or Optimal Workshop for prototyping and usability assessments.
- Solid understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and user-centered design principles to create inclusive digital experiences.
Core Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret user data and transform insights into actionable design solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders.
Certifications (Optional):
- UX Design Certification (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group or equivalent).
- Human-Centered Design (HCD) certification.
- Certified Usability Analyst (CUA).
