Role: Bench Sales & Recruiter
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Shift: Night Shift
DESIRED PROFILE
Minimum 4 years of experience in Bench Sales in US IT Recruitment, including experience in both Bench Sales and recruitment.
Proficiency in recruiting OPT, CPT, H1B Transfer candidates and effectively selling them.
Ability to devise lead generation strategies and marketing plans.
Familiarity with various tax terms (1099, W2).
Comprehensive understanding of US immigration laws and processes (H1, Green Card, CPT/OPT).
Strong grasp of IT concepts and technologies.
Capability to identify suitable opportunities for OPT, CPT, H1B, and other work-authorized consultants.
Hands-on experience working with Direct Clients/VMS Clients.
Proven track record in placements, demonstrating a results-oriented approach.
Ability to consistently meet targets.
Capacity to work independently in a rapidly growing environment.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
