Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support our Business Operations team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative, operational, and organizational support to ensure the smooth functioning of daily activities, cross-team coordination, and process efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Business Operations and leadership teams.

  • Manage schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and communication flow.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management review.

  • Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and procurement processes.

  • Coordinate inter-departmental activities to improve workflow and efficiency.

  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation.

  • Support onboarding, compliance, and HR-related administrative tasks.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to operational strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

  • Experience: 2–4 years in administrative support, business operations, or office coordination.

  • Skills:

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite / Google Workspace.

    • Knowledge of project coordination, budgeting, and reporting.

    • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
