CRM Solution Architect – Patient Support Services
We are looking for an experienced CRM Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of patient-centric CRM solutions that support Patient Support Services (PSS) in the healthcare/life sciences sector. This role is responsible for crafting scalable, secure, and compliant systems that enhance patient engagement, streamline onboarding, and improve adherence and access services.
Design end-to-end CRM solutions tailored to patient support workflows (onboarding, nurse programs, reimbursement, adherence, etc.)
Lead CRM architecture planning using platforms like Salesforce Health Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Veeva CRM
Define technical architecture, data flow, integrations, and security layers
Work closely with business stakeholders, patient services, IT, and compliance teams
Oversee implementation of complex integrations with HCP portals, call centers, pharmacy systems, and EMRs
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, 21 CFR Part 11, and other regulatory frameworks
Translate business needs into well-architected technical solutions
Guide development and QA teams through agile delivery cycles
Create technical documentation, solution design blueprints, and data models
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
7–10+ years of experience in CRM solution architecture, including in healthcare/life sciences
Expertise in Salesforce (preferred) or other enterprise CRM platforms
Strong knowledge of patient access, case management, reimbursement, and compliance workflows
Experience with APIs, web services, middleware, and data mapping tools
Deep understanding of data privacy, consent management, and healthcare interoperability (HL7, FHIR)
Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
Salesforce/CRM certifications highly preferred (Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, etc.)
Remote, hybrid, or on-site depending on client requirements
Cross-functional collaboration with Clinical, Marketing, Access & Reimbursement, Legal/Compliance, and Technology teams
Agile/Scrum delivery in global or enterprise health environments
