Nephrologist (Kidney Specialist)
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Nephrologist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and managing diseases related to the kidneys and urinary system. This includes patients with acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, dialysis, hypertension, and electrolyte imbalances.
The Nephrologist will work collaboratively with other specialists, nurses, and technicians to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic kidney conditions
Manage dialysis (hemodialysis/peritoneal dialysis) patients
Monitor and adjust medications related to renal function
Perform and interpret kidney biopsies
Treat hypertension and fluid/electrolyte disorders
Collaborate with transplant teams for pre- and post-kidney transplant care
Educate patients about kidney health and lifestyle changes
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
Medical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent)
DM/DNB in Nephrology or equivalent sub-specialty certification
Valid medical license in practicing jurisdiction
2–5+ years of experience preferred (including residency/fellowship)
Strong diagnostic, clinical, and communication skills
Experience with dialysis and critical care nephrology preferred
Tertiary care hospitals
Dialysis centers
Kidney transplant units
Nephrology clinics and outpatient centers
Critical care and ICU settings
