📝 Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Financial Data Analyst with expertise in Power BI to join our team. This role focuses on transforming complex financial data into interactive dashboards, actionable insights, and strategic reports that support executive decision-making.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Analyze large financial datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and insights.
Design and develop visually appealing, interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Collaborate with finance, accounting, and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
Translate financial KPIs into measurable metrics and dynamic visuals.
Automate manual financial reporting processes for increased efficiency and accuracy.
Perform variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
Ensure data accuracy by conducting regular validation and quality checks.
Maintain and optimize Power BI datasets, data models, and queries.

🎓 Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in financial analysis or BI reporting roles.
Strong command of Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling).
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.

💼 Preferred Skills:

CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus.
Knowledge of financial compliance and reporting standards (GAAP, IFRS).
Experience working in cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
Familiarity with Azure Data Lake, Power Platform, or MS Fabric a bonus.
