The Market Director of Women’s and Children’s Services is responsible for strategic leadership, operational oversight, and quality improvement across the women’s and pediatric service lines within a healthcare market. This role drives patient-centered care, ensures regulatory compliance, promotes clinical excellence, and supports growth initiatives in maternity, neonatal, pediatric, and gynecology services.
Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for women’s and children’s services across all market facilities.
Collaborate with physicians, nursing leaders, and administrators to enhance patient outcomes and service line performance.
Oversee program development, budgeting, staffing, and quality improvement initiatives.
Analyze market trends and patient data to identify growth opportunities and improve service delivery.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards (e.g., CMS, TJC, state regulations).
Lead and support service line integration, standardization, and expansion efforts.
Foster a culture of clinical excellence, innovation, and patient satisfaction.
Develop partnerships with community stakeholders and referral networks to improve access and outreach.
Education: Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in women’s and children’s services.
Strong knowledge of maternal-fetal medicine, neonatal care, and pediatric program management.
Proven track record of leading multi-site operations and driving quality and growth.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
