Job Title: Relationship Manager Commercial Banker
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager Commercial Banker to build and maintain relationships with commercial clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of business clients, providing financial services and advice, and identifying opportunities to grow the business. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of financial products and services.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Manage a portfolio of commercial clients and act as the main point of contact for all their banking needs
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and provide customized solutions
3. Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services to help clients meet their financial objectives
4. Analyze financial statements and credit reports to assess the creditworthiness of potential clients
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of client transactions
6. Stay current on industry trends and regulations to provide informed advice to clients
7. Monitor client accounts and proactively identify potential risks or issues
8. Participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand the client base
9. Meet sales targets and performance metrics set by management
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial banking or related field
- Strong understanding of financial products and services
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
