Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Department Head Electrical Engineer to lead our electrical engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all electrical engineering projects, managing staff, and ensuring the department meets all deadlines and quality standards.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Leading and managing a team of electrical engineers.
2. Overseeing the design and implementation of electrical systems for various projects.
3. Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
4. Performing regular quality checks on all electrical engineering projects.
5. Training and mentoring junior engineers.
6. Developing and implementing departmental goals and strategies.
7. Problem-solving and troubleshooting electrical issues as they arise.
8. Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred).
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering.
3. Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role.
4. Strong project management skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
