Job Description

Job Title: Production Manager

Job Summary:

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process within a production facility. They are responsible for ensuring that production runs efficiently, meets quality standards, and stays within budgetary constraints.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and company goals

- Manage a team of production workers, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality control
