Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will be responsible for assessing, designing, implementing, and evaluating behavioral interventions and treatment plans for individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavior analytic strategies and interventions to improve behavior and skill development
- Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in interventions
- Monitor progress and make data-based decisions to modify treatment plans as necessary
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other team members
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all client interactions
Qualifications and Skills:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA in a clinical or educational setting
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis software
