Job Summary:
As an Audit Senior Real Estate, you will be responsible for leading and managing audits for real estate clients, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Lead audit engagements for real estate clients, including planning, executing, and completing audits within deadlines.
2. Evaluate clients' financial statements and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
3. Identify risks and opportunities for improvement in clients' accounting processes and internal controls.
4. Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner.

6. Stay up to date on industry regulations and best practices related to real estate accounting.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
2. CPA certification preferred.
3. 3+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on real estate clients.
4. Strong knowledge of US GAAP and auditing standards.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
