Job Title: HVAC Project Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of HVAC projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of HVAC systems and installations.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Plan and manage HVAC projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and technicians to ensure timely and successful project completion
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or obstacles that may arise
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with project requirements
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Resolve any project-related conflicts or disputes in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC project management
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installations, and industry standards
- Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
