Job Title: Training and Development (T&D) Project Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Training and Development Project Manager to oversee all aspects of training initiatives within our organization. The T&D Project Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating various training programs to ensure the development and growth of our employees. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of adult learning principles.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training plans to address the needs of different departments and levels of employees
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver effective training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and on-the-job training
- Monitor and evaluate training programs to measure their effectiveness and make necessary adjustments
- Manage training budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and successful implementation of all initiatives
- Coordinate with HR to identify training needs and align programs with overall organizational goals
- Provide regular reporting on training metrics and outcomes to stakeholders
- Stay current on emerging trends and best practices in training and development
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as a Training and Development Project Manager or similar role
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage budgets
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to engage and motivate diverse audiences
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design techniques
- Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning software
- Certification in project management (e.g. PMP) is a plus
