Job Title: Electronic Mechanical Technician
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Electronic Mechanical Technician to support the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of electronic and electromechanical systems. This role is essential in ensuring the reliability and performance of our equipment and production systems across the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic and mechanical equipment.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in circuits, control systems, motors, sensors, and PLCs.
Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.
Calibrate, test, and inspect electronic and mechanical components.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and equipment logs.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
Associate degree or certification in Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or related field.
2+ years of experience in electronic/mechanical maintenance or related field.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, soldering equipment, and hand/power tools.
Understanding of PLCs, sensors, motors, and industrial automation systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Knowledge of ESD safety and lean manufacturing principles.
Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
