Job Title: Executive Administrative & Personal Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Executive Administrative & Personal Assistant. This position will provide administrative support to senior management and assist with personal tasks as needed.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements for executives
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Screen and respond to phone calls and emails on behalf of executives
- Coordinate and oversee special projects as assigned
- Assist with personal tasks such as errands, appointments, and household management
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
