Job Title: Manager for Leaves and Accommodations
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Manager for Leaves and Accommodations to oversee all aspects of employee leave requests and accommodations within our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be knowledgeable about federal and state leave laws and accommodations requirements.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage all aspects of employee leave requests, including FMLA, ADA, and other protected leaves
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with all applicable leave laws and regulations
- Review and approve or deny leave requests based on company policies and legal requirements
- Coordinate accommodations for employees with disabilities, ensuring compliance with ADA regulations
- Educate employees and managers on leave policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of all leave requests and accommodations
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in managing employee leave requests and accommodations
- Knowledge of federal and state leave laws, including FMLA and ADA
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
