Job Title: Agent Builder
Job Summary:
As an Agent Builder, you will be responsible for recruiting and training a team of agents to represent and sell products or services for a company. You will work closely with the sales team to develop recruitment strategies, provide training and support to new agents, and ensure that all agents meet or exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the agency.
2. Conduct interviews and screening processes to identify qualified candidates.
3. Provide training and ongoing support to new agents to ensure they are equipped to succeed in their roles.
4. Monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to set and achieve sales targets.
6. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment and training processes.
7. Build strong relationships with agents to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in recruiting, training, or managing a sales team.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
6. Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
