📝 Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automation Engineer to design, implement, and maintain automated systems that improve operational efficiency, quality, and safety across our processes. This role will work closely with engineering, IT, and operations teams to streamline workflows through cutting-edge automation technologies.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions for manufacturing, software, or system operations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and system inefficiencies.

• Program and troubleshoot PLCs, SCADA systems, HMI interfaces, or RPA tools depending on the industry.

• Write automation scripts using languages such as Python, Java, or Bash.

• Ensure system reliability, maintainability, and scalability of automated solutions.

• Monitor system performance and provide ongoing support and optimization.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

• Document processes, configurations, and test plans for all automation solutions.

🎓 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in automation engineering, control systems, or related fields.

• Hands-on experience with tools such as PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley), SCADA, RPA (UiPath, Blue Prism), or scripting languages.

• Familiarity with IoT, sensors, robotics, and industrial control systems.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

💼 Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud-based automation and Industry 4.0 technologies.

• Knowledge of system integration, APIs, and database systems (SQL/NoSQL).

• Understanding of cybersecurity for automation systems.

• Certifications in automation tools or safety (ISA, TUV, etc.) are a plus.
