Hands on with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
Confident understanding of Salesforce reporting.
Confident understanding in using Salesforce View and Report logic criteria.
Confident in manipulating data while understanding related object/field functions.
Experience training new users on platform.
Hands on writing Salesforce Validation, Workflow and Process Builder rules.
Strong writing, presentation, communication and organization skills.
Ability to develop test cases and write unit tests.
Ability to write client-side and server-side code for web-based applications.
Ability to design, write and deliver software to improve the availability, scalability, latency, and
efficiency of Telematics business products.
Ability to communicate to stakeholders effectively
