Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience, including designing, implementing, and
operating enterprise identity and access management technologies, including access
request/management, directories, and authentication (SSO) systems across diverse in-house and
external business systems.
Master’s degree and 3 years of relevant experience
Broad knowledge of identity and access data correlation, normalization, and building identity and
access data models.
Highly developed interpersonal, written, and verbal skills with an ability to express complex technical
concepts in business terms. Excellent technical writing and system documentation skills.
Demonstrated project management skills for large cross-functional projects.
Strong analytical problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
