Experience on Service Now tool along with excellent communications , Business analysis ,
presentation, listening and negotiation skills.
Practical experience in the creation or modification of the relevant ITSM tool set ( Incident, Change,
Problem , configuration).
Understand global, functional considerations and provide leadership and direction to Product
opportunities and development.
Perform work flow design, configuration and data loads for service now platform ( Service Now)
applications.
