Job Title: TDM Architect
Job Summary:
As a TDM (Test Data Management) Architect, your primary responsibility will be to design and implement comprehensive test data management solutions for our organization. You will collaborate with various teams to analyze data requirements, create and execute test data strategies, and maintain data integrity throughout the testing cycle. Your expertise in test data provisioning, data masking, and data synchronization will be crucial for ensuring the overall quality and efficiency of our testing processes.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop and maintain test data management strategies and best practices in alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, test teams, and developers to gather data requirements and understand testing objectives.
- Design and implement test data provisioning processes, ensuring the availability of relevant and high-quality test data.
- Develop data masking techniques to protect sensitive data and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Establish and maintain data synchronization mechanisms and procedures to ensure consistency across development, test, and production environments.
- Create and maintain documentation related to test data management processes, procedures, and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot data-related issues affecting testing activities.
- Evaluate and recommend test data management tools and technologies to optimize testing processes.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and advancements in test data management, and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and support to junior members of the test data management team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Test Data Management Architect or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of test data management concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing test data provisioning strategies.
- Strong understanding of data masking, data synchronization, and data privacy regulations.
- Familiarity with various test data management tools and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
