Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Planner (Project Planning Manager) with expertise in the rail domain to join our team. As a Project Planner, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing project plans, schedules, and budgets. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of projects within the rail industry. Your role will be crucial in maintaining project timelines, identifying potential risks, and providing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project objectives, deliverables, and constraints.
- Monitor project progress and identify any deviations from the plan, taking proactive measures to mitigate risks or issues.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, communicating updates and ensuring alignment among team members and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present reports, analyses, and recommendations to monitor project performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Project Planner, Project Planning Manager, or similar roles, specifically within the rail industry.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, techniques, and tools, with practical experience in their application.
- Strong understanding of rail infrastructure planning, construction, and maintenance processes.
- Proficiency in project management software and applications, such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project-related issues effectively.
