Job Title: Regional Healthcare Sales Director
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for the position of Regional Healthcare Sales Director. This role is responsible for leading and overseeing the sales strategy and execution across multiple healthcare regions. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, develop and maintain strong client relationships, and exceed sales targets within the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within assigned healthcare regions.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
4. Conduct market analysis to identify potential growth opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
5. Provide training, mentoring, and guidance to the sales team for effective sales techniques and meeting targets.
6. Monitor and report on sales activities, evaluate performance, and provide regular updates to senior management.
7. Coordinate and attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote company services and expand the client base.
8. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
9. Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements and changes in healthcare regulations, policies, and reimbursement models.
10. Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement targeted promotional campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
2. Proven track record of success in healthcare sales, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in sales leadership roles.
3. Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, including understanding of providers, payers, and trends impacting the market.
4. Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve goals.
5. Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
6. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
7. Exceptional negotiation and closing skills to secure new business and achieve revenue targets.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
9. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
10. Flexibility to travel within assigned regions as required.
