Job Title: Azure Infrastructure and Management Specialist
Job Summary:
The Azure Infrastructure and Management Specialist will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the Azure infrastructure and management solutions. They will work closely with the team to ensure efficient utilization of Azure services and provide support for various projects requiring Azure infrastructure.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Design, deploy, and manage Azure resources and services
- Implement and maintain Azure infrastructure and management solutions
- Collaborate with different teams to understand requirements and provide guidance on leveraging Azure capabilities
- Configure and optimize Azure networking components, including virtual networks, load balancers, and firewall rules
- Perform day-to-day administration activities, monitor system performance, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Develop and maintain Azure automation scripts to streamline deployment and maintenance processes
- Collaborate with security teams to implement and maintain Azure security best practices
- Stay up to date with the latest Azure offerings, features, and trends to ensure the infrastructure is aligned with industry best practices
- Provide technical support and consultation to other teams on Azure-related projects
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to ensure smooth integration with Azure services
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing Azure infrastructure and management solutions
- Strong understanding of Azure networking, virtual machines, storage, and security
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation
- Experience with Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates
- Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and identity management
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
