Job Title: Assembler (Chip and Wire)
We are seeking a skilled Assembler (Chip and Wire) to join our team. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling and wiring electronic components, specifically focusing on chip and wire techniques. Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Read and interpret work orders, assembly blueprints, and diagrams.
2. Utilize chip and wire techniques to connect electronic components on PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards).
3. Prepare and clean surfaces for bonding and soldering.
4. Perform component placement and aligning using advanced tools.
5. Operate machinery and equipment to ensure proper connection and soldering of components.
6. Inspect assembled products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues during the assembly process.
8. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
9. Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals.
10. Generate reports and maintain documentation related to assembly processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proven experience as an Assembler, ideally specializing in chip and wire techniques.
3. Solid understanding of electronic components and their functions.
4. Proficient in using various hand tools and equipment associated with chip and wire assembly.
5. Ability to read and interpret assembly blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications.
6. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
7. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
8. Familiarity with safety protocols and guidelines in an assembly environment.
9. Effective time management and organizational skills.
10. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
11. Certifications or training in chip and wire assembly techniques preferred.
