Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM / CSM Architect
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow ITOM / CSM Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) and Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions. This role will involve collaborating with clients to gather requirements, configuring ServiceNow modules, and delivering high-quality solutions. The ServiceNow ITOM / CSM Architect will also provide guidance and support to the development and support teams.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives.
- Design and architect ServiceNow ITOM and CSM solutions based on client needs.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet client requirements.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems and tools.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to stakeholders.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to ServiceNow modules.
- Conduct system testing and documentation of processes.
- Provide guidance and support to development and support teams.
- Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow best practices and new features, and evaluate their applicability to improve the existing systems.
- Keep track of project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams.
- Maintain and enhance client relationships by delivering exceptional service and support.
- Assist in the estimation and scoping of projects.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow ITOM / CSM Architect.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
- Additional ServiceNow certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for ITOM and CSM are highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow ITOM and CSM modules.
- Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, XML, and other programming languages.
- Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.
- Experience with integrations, RESTful APIs, and web services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and individually.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
