Job Title: ServiceNow Program Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic ServiceNow Program Manager to oversee and lead the implementation of ServiceNow programs within our organization. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and expertise in ServiceNow applications and modules, coupled with exceptional project management skills. As a ServiceNow Program Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful delivery of ServiceNow programs, driving process improvements, and facilitating effective communication.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Plan, organize, and oversee the implementation of ServiceNow programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

- Lead and manage a team of ServiceNow professionals, assigning tasks and tracking progress, to ensure timely project completion.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables, using best practices and industry standards.

- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans, ensuring adherence to set parameters.

- Monitor program performance, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to minimize project delays or disruptions.

- Create and present regular progress reports to relevant stakeholders, keeping them updated on project status, achievements, and challenges.

- Drive continuous improvement by conducting regular reviews of program processes, identifying areas for optimization, and implementing necessary changes.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, industry standards, and organizational policies throughout the program lifecycle.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Program Manager or in a similar leadership role within a ServiceNow environment.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow applications, modules, and functionalities.

- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering medium to large scale projects on time and within budget.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the aptitude to identify and resolve program-related issues.

- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and concise interactions with stakeholders at all levels.

- ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist or Certified System Administrator, are preferred but not mandatory.
