Job Title: Enterprise Account Manager (Audio/Visual)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Enterprise Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding business relationships with our enterprise clients in the audio/visual industry. You will help grow revenue for our company by identifying sales opportunities, developing key business strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute on customer requirements.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Create and maintain long-term relationships with key enterprise accounts in the audio/visual industry
- Identify customer needs and collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions to meet those needs
- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer interactions including sales and technical inquiries
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to senior leadership on customer behaviors and requirements
- Forecast sales targets and provide regular progress reports to leadership
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our company's products and services
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to ensure maximum profitability for the company
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay current on industry trends and meet potential clients
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales within the audio/visual industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel as needed
