Job Title: Test Environment Manager

Job Summary:

The Test Environment Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and managing the testing environment for software and applications. The role requires the professional to collaborate with the development and operations teams to ensure testing environments are available, reliable, and up-to-date.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Collaborate with the development and operations teams to develop the test environment strategy

- Design, implementation, and management of the test environment

- Manage test data, configuration, and test environments for the projects

- Establishing and enforcing environment management processes

- Coordination and tracking of environment activities across all teams

- Contribute towards environment improvement initiatives

- Ensure the stability of the testing environment

- Management and maintenance of the tools and software used in the testing environment

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)

- Minimum of four years of experience in test environment management

- Experience with test tools and automation frameworks

- Proficiency with test environment management software

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

- Knowledge of software development lifecycle
