Job Title: Director of Engineering & General Manager
Job Summary:
As the Director of Engineering & General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of engineering and operations within the organization. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, product development, and engineering excellence. You will also be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, including financial management, strategic planning, and team management.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop and execute the company's engineering and operational strategies to support business growth
- Manage the engineering and operations teams across multiple locations

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in engineering and operations management
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of driving innovation and product development
