Job Title: Enterprise Account Manager (Audio/Visual)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Enterprise Account Manager with a strong background in Audio/Visual solutions. The Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and managing existing accounts, while providing exceptional customer service to maintain long-lasting relationships. The successful candidate will also work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Identify new business opportunities and new markets to penetrate
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders
- Conduct presentations and product demos to potential clients
- Provide regular updates to clients on new product launches and promotions
- Manage overall account activities, including contract negotiations, revenue forecasting, and renewals
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical support, marketing, and finance
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Maintain accurate account and contact information in our CRM system
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in enterprise sales and account management, preferably in the Audio/Visual industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Experience with CRM systems and other sales tools
- Willingness to travel as needed
