Job Title: Axiom Developer
Job Summary:
As an Axiom Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining solutions utilizing Axiom Controllers and Axiom SL Regulatory Reporting System. Your role will include analyzing business requirements, designing and developing business solutions, testing, and providing support during system user acceptance testing and the deployment phase.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Developing and maintaining Axiom Controllers and Axiom SL Regulatory Reporting System solutions
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing and developing business solutions, testing, and providing support during system user acceptance testing and deployment
- Participating in project design, development, and testing by creating and executing test plans and supporting the project managers in defining scope and requirements
- Ensuring that all systems are effectively integrated and data is consistent across all applications
- Writing and maintaining technical documentation and system-related reports, and keeping abreast of changes in regulatory requirements and industry trends
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience using Axiom Controllers and Axiom SL Regulatory Reporting System
- Strong understanding of financial services, accounting, and regulatory compliance
- Proficient in SQL programming, scripting languages, and Unix/Linux Operating System
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and as part of a team, and handle pressure and tight deadlines
- Experience with Agile methodology, Java programming, and data analysis is a plus.
