Partner with Sales leadership to define Strategy & Planning including org structure, KPIs, HC needs, investments and training needed for success in all segments
· Drive annual & intermediate planning cycles across Sales teams, including revenue & booking modelling, territory planning, Quota planning, coverage and rules of engagement in close partnership with Sales, Delivery, Finance and other cross-functional leadership. Experience in working through multiple planning cycles is a must
· Establish and maintain processes, systems and strategies that enable field sales teams to track and achieve KPIs
· Design, implement and manage sales forecasting processes that provide accurate prediction into future revenue performance
· Support & enhance systems & tools and facilitating discussions with vendors
· Drive updates in Salesforce and other tools to ensure the organization can make accurate & speedy business decisions
· Support periodic business analysis and make recommendations to sales leadership & top management
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Proficient in use of complex spreadsheets
