We are looking for a resource in New Jersey for our payroll team. The below is the JD:
Requirement:
1. Candidate will be located in New Jersey and required to work from Office.
Preferred skills:
1. Familiar with Trinet and ADP payroll software
2. Knowledge of State and Federal labour laws and its compliance
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. To handle benefit plan for employees
2. To comply and handle 401K reports
3. To co-ordinate with HR team for attendance / leave records and co-ordinate with India payroll team to finalise monthly payroll
4. To handle payroll related queries of US employees
