The ideal candidate for this position should have prior working experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and have used it as a sales tool. They should have experience as a Business Analyst in the Ice Cream or retail industry, with a focus on franchisee management. The candidate should also be willing and able to travel to customer offices at least 3 times a week. Experience in the CPG business would be a plus, but it is not a requirement.
The candidate should possess strong process analysis skills, with the ability to streamline processes and provide timely solutions to business needs. They should also be familiar with Salesforce products and bundles, and be able to provide suggestions for products and processes.
The candidate should have at least 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, and possess excellent communication and documentation skills.
