Job Description

Sit on trade floor (post-covid) and interact with the traders, portfolio managers, data administrators,

etc.; Triage and troubleshoot problems. Attempt to solve. Escalate to another team if you can’t solve it

immediately ;  Look through logs, databases, applications (not code) to find the problem/root cause" ;

Skills - Ability to learn quickly and retain information; SQL skills must have (write select statements,

read/debug stored procedures) ; People skills (good communication, approachable, good energy,

handles stressful situations, etc.) ; Problem solver: can use log files, read through KSH or other

language scripts, trace an IT workflow and find the issue. (Does not need to code) ; Fixed Income

and/or Equity trading support experience nice to have ; Control-m & scripting skills nice to have ;

ServiceNow experience nice to have"
