Designs, implements, and deploys platforms to support and meet business needs. Identifies and
recommends opportunities for improvement and performance issue solutions.
Provides intermediate level technical support and monitors multiple technology domains/platforms
through the use of monitoring tools and applications. Maintains comprehensive technical knowledge
of software and infrastructure platforms.
Tests and evaluates IT vendor products.
Updates, writes, and maintains documentation for the department.
Provides Production support for assigned systems including on-call rotation support. Participates in
diagnosing and resolving technical issues with assigned systems.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
3-5 years’ experience in managing and supporting security tools, including product installations,
upgrades, and technical support across multiple platforms, including one or more of the following:
Windows,
macOS
Linux
Skills with AWS is a plus
Experience packaging, installing and maintaining 3rd party vendor products in a large enterprise.
