Job Description

Hands-on experience with providing technical support and functional consulting on Service Now/other

ITSM tools.

Experience in leading a team of developers and consultants.

Understands technical and functional design requirements for Service Now.

Provide high level Design and technical solutions for Service Now Implementation.

Strong leadership, relationship, communication and collaboration skills.

Experience in implementing inbound and outbound API integrations and workflows in Service Now.

Overall responsibility for the product implementation from experience, adoption, benefits and

outcomes perspective.

Experience on Service Now tool along with excellent communications , Business analysis ,

presentation, listening and negotiation skills.

Practical experience in the creation or modification of the relevant ITSM tool set ( Incident, Change,

Problem , configuration).
