Job Title: Oracle OTL Payroll Consultant

Job Summary:

The Oracle OTL Payroll Consultant will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Payroll modules for clients. They will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions, and provide ongoing support for payroll processes.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Configure and implement Oracle OTL and Payroll modules to meet client requirements.

2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and design solutions.

3. Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality.

4. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for payroll processes.

5. Train end-users on system functionality and best practices.

6. Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.

7. Stay up-to-date on Oracle OTL and Payroll enhancements and best practices.

8. Assist with system upgrades and enhancements as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Oracle OTL and Payroll implementation experience.

- Strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Certification in Oracle OTL or Payroll is a plus.
